Santa Rosa Junior College Neighborhood Association

The Junior College Neighborhood Association, formed in 1977, is a voluntary organization of residents and homeowners who work together to improve the neighborhood. The JCNA is dedicated to preserving the special character of our neighborhood, and ensuring that future development contributes to the long-term livability of our area.

The purpose of the association is representation of the Junior College neighborhood, provision of a forum for neighborhood residents on issues of concern, and preservation of the neighborhood environment.

We hope our website will be a forum where we can make announcements, post information, and exchange ideas in a lively and respectful manner.
